Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and result-driven Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team at The NatureLand Wellness Resort.

Position: Sales & Marketing Professional

Location: The NatureLand Wellness Resort

Address: Village Cholagora, Jamshedpur–Galudih Road, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 832304

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Qualification: Graduate in any stream; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or Hospitality Management preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for rooms, F&B;, banquets, events and overall business
- Generate leads through corporate houses, travel agencies, tour operators and event/wedding planners
- Handle enquiries for rooms, conferences, weddings, parties and group bookings
- Prepare proposals, quotations, packages and commercial offers
- Conduct client meetings, property visits and business-development activities
- Build and maintain strong corporate and institutional relationships
- Follow up on leads, quotations and business opportunities
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping and Operations
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer preferences
- Maintain client and lead databases




- Support digital marketing and promotional activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and monitor conversion performance

Key Skills Required

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client relationship and networking ability
- Good command of Hindi & English
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Professional presentation and confidence
- Strong follow-up and conversion skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel locally for business development
