Role Description This is a remote Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Delhi, India. The intern will support sales outreach by engaging with prospective users, explaining platform features, and assisting in closing leads under guidance from the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to marketing campaigns, helping manage social media and digital presence, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and preparing reports on sales and marketing activities.

The intern will collaborate with team members to deliver customer-focused communication,



participate in product training sessions, and assist in organizing promotional events or online webinars to increase platform awareness.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.
- Foundational Sales skills with interest in Sales Management and learning structured sales processes.
- Ability to participate in and deliver Training sessions related to product features and user onboarding.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital channels is preferred.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related field.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up workplace.
- Comfort using online tools, CRM systems, and productivity software.
- Interest in legal technology and improving access to justice in India is an advantage.
