HashHackCode is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support our outreach, lead generation, campaigns, and customer communication.

This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or fresher who wants practical experience in sales and marketing while contributing to an organisation focused on inclusive technology education.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Outreach

- Research and identify potential parents, schools, educators, organisations, and community partners.
- Assist with outreach through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Introduce HashHackCode’s programmes, workshops, and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and support them through the enquiry and registration process.

Sales Support

- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Schedule meetings, programme consultations, demos, and follow-up calls.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, programme information, and outreach materials.
- Coordinate with the operations and programme teams to answer customer questions.
- Support the team in working towards monthly outreach and enrolment goals.

Marketing Support

- Assist with campaigns for programmes, workshops, events, school partnerships, and brand awareness.
- Contribute ideas for social media posts, email campaigns, promotional materials, and community outreach.
- Help share programme information through relevant online groups, directories, and platforms.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to prepare marketing materials.

Market Research and Reporting

- Research trends in education, edtech, parenting, inclusion, and technology learning.
- Study relevant organisations and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Collect feedback from prospective customers and share useful insights with the team.




- Prepare simple reports on leads, follow-ups, campaign responses, and conversions.

What We’re Looking For
- Students, recent graduates, or freshers interested in sales, marketing, business development, or customer communication.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confidence in speaking with parents, educators, schools, and organisations.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage regular follow-ups.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work towards defined goals.
- An interest in education, technology, inclusion, or social-impact work.
- Previous internship, volunteering, outreach, or college project experience is helpful but not mandatory.
