With an official launch planned for September 14th, 2026, the brand is already engaging in early corporate collaborations and festive gifting across Pune and PCMC. Team members have the opportunity to contribute to a growing luxury chocolate brand driven by precision, creativity, and customer delight.

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales and marketing activities to grow Velvet & Beans’ presence in Pune City. This full-time, in office role involves assisting with lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups for corporate and festive gifting opportunities, as well as maintaining accurate records of prospects and customer interactions. The intern will help execute marketing campaigns, support social media and digital promotions, and collaborate on content and messaging that reflects the brand’s premium positioning.





Day-to-day tasks include engaging with walk-in and corporate customers, providing product information, coordinating sampling or demonstrations, and collecting feedback to improve customer experience. The intern will also work closely with the founders and team on sales reporting, basic market research, and supporting training sessions or product briefings for partners.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and partners.
- Foundational Sales skills with an interest in Sales Management and learning structured sales processes.
- Ability to support Training activities, including assisting in product presentations and briefings.
- Interest in marketing, branding, and customer engagement; familiarity with social media or digital promotion is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Pune City, with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a genuine interest in premium food, gourmet products, or luxury brands.
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents) for reporting and record-keeping.
