Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive bookings for TalesByDora. This full time, on-site role is based in Ghaziabad and involves assisting with lead generation, responding to inquiries, and helping convert prospects into customers. The intern will support social media campaigns, contribute to marketing content, and help track the performance of promotional initiatives.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the travel team to understand offerings, engaging with customers in person and online, maintaining basic sales records, and participating in training sessions to learn sales techniques and product details.



The role offers exposure to the travel industry, practical experience in sales and marketing, and opportunities to contribute ideas for campaigns and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and partners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and support a positive traveler experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in lead follow-up, support conversions, and promote tours and packages.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management interests or foundational skills to learn structured sales processes and support sales coordination.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, social media platforms, and online promotion is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation and reporting; familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
