Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Pune, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support daily sales activities by identifying prospective clients, assisting with outreach, and following up on inquiries under the guidance of senior team members. They will help prepare marketing materials, update digital content, and assist in executing campaigns to promote automation solutions and services.

The role includes coordinating with internal teams, maintaining basic customer records, and providing support during client meetings, demos, and training sessions.



The intern will also contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and reporting on sales and marketing performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Foundational Sales abilities, with an interest in lead generation, prospect outreach, and relationship building.
- Ability to assist in Training activities and basic Sales Management tasks such as tracking inquiries and updating records.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts; familiarity with digital channels or social media promotion is an advantage.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with MS Office or similar tools, and ability to learn new CRM or marketing software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a hybrid setup from Pune.
- Interest in industrial automation or manufacturing technology is a plus; prior internship experience is beneficial but not required.
