Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Thane. The intern will support the sales and marketing team in identifying prospective clients, assisting with lead generation, and coordinating follow-ups to nurture business opportunities. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.

The role involves helping prepare marketing materials and presentations, participating in promotional activities and events,



and collaborating with senior team members to develop strategies that highlight Nexfore Consulting’s safety and consulting solutions. The intern may also assist in organizing training sessions, documenting client requirements, and supporting basic administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Interest in Training and the ability to assist in organizing and coordinating client training programs.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and willingness to learn sales and marketing tools and techniques.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with online collaboration or CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, on-site environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn about safety, consulting services, and compliance-focused solutions.
