Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including assisting with lead generation, outreach to potential clients, and follow-up communication.

Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to inquiries, supporting customer service interactions, and helping prepare sales presentations, reports, and training materials. The intern will collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns, research market trends, and contribute to digital content and social media initiatives.



The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with sales management, and participating in virtual meetings and planning sessions.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Sales Management, including supporting sales pipelines and client outreach.
- Ability to assist with Training-related activities, such as preparing materials and supporting internal knowledge sharing.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles; familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or branding is an advantage.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Comfort with using online collaboration tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback in a fast-paced international setting.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
