Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, supporting sales outreach, and maintaining customer relationships across multiple channels. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, preparing sales presentations, updating CRM records, and coordinating follow-ups with leads and existing customers.

The role also involves helping manage social media and promotional activities,



collecting and analyzing campaign and sales performance data, and supporting training sessions and internal documentation for the sales and marketing teams. The intern will collaborate closely with senior team members to learn best practices and contribute to achieving growth targets.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to support clients and maintain a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales and basic sales management abilities to assist with lead generation, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Interest in training and learning current sales and marketing tools, methods, and product knowledge.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, SEO, paid ads, content marketing) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) and strong organizational skills.
