This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying potential clients, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, delivering product training to clients, and actively supporting marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility and reach of the brand.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing, and ability to identify and reach target markets effectively
- Experience in providing Training to clients or team members to drive product understanding and usage
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while aligning with broader team goals
- Experience in the tea or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in local market knowledge and fluency in relevant languages is beneficial
