About Aivida

Aivida is a digital healthcare platform focused on making healthcare services more accessible, efficient, and convenient through technology. The platform connects healthcare professionals and healthcare service providers, including doctors, pharmacists, and diagnostic/lab clinics.

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote the Aivida healthcare platform and onboard healthcare professionals and service providers.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting doctors, pharmacists, lab clinics, and other healthcare professionals, explaining the benefits of the Aivida platform, and encouraging them to register and actively use the app.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the Aivida app to doctors, pharmacists, lab clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
- Visit healthcare professionals and businesses regularly to introduce and demonstrate the Aivida platform.
- Explain the features, benefits, and usage of the app clearly to potential users.
- Generate leads and convert them into registered Aivida users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, lab clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and onboarding targets.




- Conduct field visits and develop new business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Represent Aivida professionally in the healthcare market.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
- Experience in field sales, business development, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently approach and communicate with doctors, pharmacists, and lab clinics.
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
