Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance
We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and manage qualified leads
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Convert qualified leads into customers
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to closing
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information
- Work towards monthly sales and lead-generation targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable negotiation and convincing skills
- Positive,
proactive, and target-oriented approach
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook, and Instagram marketing is an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply
