- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and inquiries.
- Explain our program offerings clearly and effectively.
- Be empathetic and listen actively to understand client concerns and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Stick to daily call schedules and ensure timely calls and follow-ups.
- Follow up consistently to keep clients engaged and informed.

Comfortable in follow-ups and conversion to achieve targets.Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and client interactions in the system

Ideal Candidates we are looking for:

- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, persuasive and customer-focused.
- Solid listening skills with an empathetic approach.
- Self-disciplined and organized with the ability to manage schedules effectively
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven.
- Experience in sales, telecalling or customer relations is preferred.
- Background in fitness, nutrition or wellness is an added advantage
- Fluency in Malayalam and English mandatory
