Job Title: Sales Associate – Interior Design

Experience: 3+ years (client-facing sales experience required)

About the Role:

We're a growing interior design firm handling premium residential and commercial projects. We're looking for a sharp, driven Sales Associate to own the complete client journey — from first conversation to signed deal. This is a high-ownership role for someone who knows how to build trust, keep momentum, and close.

What You'll Do:

- Engage prospective clients through calls, meetings, and site visits — doing whatever it takes to move a lead toward closing
- Understand client requirements and present our work, process, and value effectively
- Coordinate all touchpoints with the client — visits, follow-ups, office meetings — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Represent the brand across every client interaction, including on social platforms where relevant
- Stay active in the local market to identify new project opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain clear records of lead status and pipeline progress
- Take initiative on tasks that support closing — from documentation to content that builds client confidence

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years in sales,



client relations, or a similar closing-focused role (real estate/interior design background preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident with clients in person, on calls, and in writing
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously without hand-holding
- Comfortable using smartphone/social tools as part of client engagement and brand presence
- Local market familiarity is a plus

Compensation:

- Fixed monthly salary (based on experience) + performance-based incentive on closed deals
- 25,000/- to 70,000/- Per Month
