We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales and Business Development Executive to join our event management team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate current client leads for events.
- Approach corporate companies, wedding clients, and other potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal event team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Convert leads into confirmed events and achieve business targets.
- Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly.
- Explore new business opportunities and maintain a strong client network.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients and handling enquiries.
- Sales/business development experience is preferred.
- Experience in the event management industry will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.
Location: Chennai Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
