Positions Open:

1. Sales Engineer – Ahmedabad

- Experience: 1 year in capital equipment sales
- Preferred industry exposure: Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing, EV Battery, or PCB/SMT/EMS

2. Sales Engineer – Bangalore (EV Battery/BESS focus)

- Experience: 1+ years sales experience specifically in the EV Battery/BESS industry

3. Sales Engineer – Bangalore (PCB/SMT/EMS focus)

- Experience: 1+ years sales experience specifically in the PCB/SMT/EMS industry

:

- Identify, generate, and qualify leads across assigned industry verticals and territory
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and equipment demonstrations




- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional (IITs, research labs, PSUs) and private manufacturing clients
- Coordinate with global OEM principals for technical specifications, quotations, and support
- Manage tender documentation and institutional procurement processes
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence via CRM
- Represent HCP Technologies at industry trade shows and exhibitions

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline
- Relevant sales experience as specified per role (see above)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Based in or willing to relocate to the respective location
