Position: Sales advisor – IVA & DMP (UK Process)

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST

Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

The person should have experienced in IVA process

About the Role:We are hiring for IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) and DMP (Debt Management Plan) team and are on the lookout for talented Case Assessor who can confidently work on UK-based financial cases.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Reviewing and verifying client financial information

Assessing eligibility for IVA and DMP programs

Collaborating with internal departments to ensure case accuracy

Maintaining compliance with UK regulatory standards

Supporting individuals through debt solutions with professionalism and empathy.

This is a client-focused, documentation-heavy role where attention to detail and excellent communication are critical.

Who We're Looking For

Strong analytical & communication skills

Experience or knowledge in UK IVA & DMP processes (Atleast 6month to 1 years experience in the field mandatory)





Ability to work independently and as part of a team A desire to grow within the international financial services space
