We are looking for Sales Admin - Order Processing to head a challenging position in SolarEdge Sales Operations team.
The Sales Admin - Order Processing will be responsible for Solaredge customer order processing, from booking to customer delivery, including:
- Order processing through continuous communication with customers, operations and sales managers.
- Ensuring an appropriate order flow according to organizational policies.
- Continuous communication with worldwide SolarEdge departments, finance, sales operations, planning and sales
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, as it relates to customer orders and internal requests.
- Troubleshooting in ordering processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement.
- Issue weekly reports, reflecting order statuses.

- BA in Business Administration or general field.
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Service-oriented, strong customer relationship and people skills.
- Experience in a high tech and global company– a plus.
- Fluency English.
- Experience with ERP (Oracle – a plus). systems & Microsoft Office
- Team player and excellent communication skills.
- A well-developed sense of urgency, robust attention to detail with focus on accuracy.
- Working in US time zone (PST/ PDT)
