A Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Explain product features, benefits, prices, and offers. Generate recent leads and follow up with potential customers.

Achieve individual and team sales targets. Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally. Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers. Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain customer records.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Stay updated about products, competitors, market trends, and promotions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
