MOCA Furnitures is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial coordination for the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping, including recording sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage sales invoices, purchase invoices, quotations, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and vendor accounts, outstanding payments, and receivables/payables.
- Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST, TDS, taxation, compliance, accounting reviews, and other financial requirements.
- Follow up with clients regarding payments, invoices, documentation, and account-related queries when required.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding purchase invoices, payments, account statements, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing sales and expense reports, payment summaries, and other management reports.




- Reconcile bank transactions, customer/vendor ledgers, and accounts regularly.
- Ensure accounting records and documentation are accurate, organised, and up to date.
- Support management with basic financial information and accounting-related requirements.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, invoicing, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting work while coordinating with the CA, clients, and vendors.

Preferred: Experience in a furniture, manufacturing, construction, interior, or similar project-based business. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
