Generate current membership sales through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and social media leads. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Explain gym packages, fitness programs, and promotional offers to clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members. Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally. Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance. Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth operations. Plan marketing and promotional activities to increase memberships.
