We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Salesman / Sales Executive to promote our products/services, generate sales, develop customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach potential customers and introduce products/services.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer information.
- Visit customers or market areas when required.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 0-1 years of sales experience; freshers can also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work toward targets.
