Are you an experienced SailPoint ISC expert with strong technical leadership capabilities? We are looking for a SailPoint ISC Manager to lead our Fully Managed Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) delivery team.

? Role Overview

- Role: SailPoint ISC Manager
- Openings: 1
- Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years
- Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru
- Work Mode: Onsite (General Shift)
- Contract Duration: 4 Months (Potential full time conversion based on performance)

? Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

- SailPoint ISC Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of identity lifecycle, certifications, SoD, role management, RBAC, connector framework, rule writing, and reporting API.
- IGA Architecture: Multi-tenant managed services design, connector reuse strategies, shared rule library management, and capacity planning.
- Operations & QA: Conduct configuration/code reviews, oversee onboarding automation scripts, manage SLA frameworks,



and track response/breach metrics.
- Team Leadership: Player-manager role leading technical operations, client onboarding, and acting as the primary bridge to the Service Delivery Manager (SDM).

- Required (at hire):
- SailPoint Identity Security Leader (ISL)
- SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer
- Good-to-Have:
- SailPoint IdentityNow Architect
- ITIL v4 Managing Professional
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
