Role & responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

- Own SailPoint architecture and overall IAM solution design.
- Define integration architecture and security controls.
- Lead architecture review board discussions.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical direction across the project lifecycle.
- Mentor developers and implementation teams.
- Enforce architecture standards and best practices

Delivery Management

- Lead solution implementation from requirement gathering to production rollout.
- Ensure quality, scalability, and compliance requirements are met.
- Support complex troubleshooting and performance optimization

Stakeholder Engagement

- Understand client business requirements and propose fit-for-purpose IAM solutions.
- Conduct workshops, design reviews, and executive presentations.
- Provide strategic IAM transformation recommendations.

Governance & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and internal security standards.
- Drive audit readiness and access governance maturity.

Preferred candidate profile Must-Have**

- Strong expertise in SailPoint architecture, design, and implementation.
- Experience leading large-scale IAM transformation programs.




- Strong understanding of IAM architecture and integration patterns.
- Ability to create architecture, HLDs, LLDs, and design documents.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint workflows, rules, certifications, and provisioning.
- Strong Java and API integration skills.
- Experience integrating authoritative sources and target applications.
- Team leadership and stakeholder management capability.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Positive-to-Have

- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation experience.
- Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, ForgeRock knowledge.
- Cloud IAM and Zero Trust architecture.
- DevOps and CI/CD integration for IAM deployments.
- Kubernetes and container-based deployments.
- SIEM integration (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar).
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) integration.
- Experience in regulated industries (Banking, Healthcare, Telecom).
- SailPoint certifications:
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer
- SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer
- SailPoint Architect Certification
