Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Candidate should have valuable understanding of Identity and Access Management design and implementation processes and manage tools that are necessary to ensure the stability and performance of SailPoint.

Responsible for operation - supporting and maintaining complex Identity Management systems which are used to provide security for client's most sensitive systems and critical applications.

Must have strong experience: -

Design and Implementation experience with SailPoint IDN

External user lifecycle management via ServiceNow integration using IdentityNow REST API’s

IdentityNow REST API guide preparation for application integrations

Build and Configure SailPoint in-built tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, schedule tasks, correlation, and Configuration and development of SailPoint Life Cycle Events (LCM)

Develop custom SailPoint Build Map Rules and Workflows as per the business needs.

Participate in all SailPoint deployment activities – connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development,



third party system integration

Exposure to Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management

Mandatory skills

Alteast 1-2 implemetation and good Application onboarding knowledge using various connectors in SP IDN

Custom provisioning solutions involving IDN Active Directory After Provisioning Rules & PowerShell scripts

Experience with OOB IDN connectors like Active Directory, JDBC, Webservices, ServiceNow catalogue, Delimited File

Expertise with creation/configuration of Rules, transforms, Identity/Access/Account profiles, Roles, Certification campaigns, Email templates, Access Tokens, Java code

Access requests via ServiceNow (Catalogue Integration)

Access certifications for connected/disconnected apps
