 IAM Implementation Experience: Proven experience in implementing at least two

IAM engagements, covering the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering,

analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support

(SailPoint/Saviynt).

 Advanced Application Integration: Hands-on experience in advanced application integration with IAM solutions, including advanced provisioning (e.g., multilevel workflows), single sign-on (WIA, Forms, HTTP), and PKI concepts.

 Application Onboarding: Expertise in onboarding applications such as AD, LDAP, and

Exchange using out-of-the-box connectors.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in technologies like Java, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS, and Linux.

 Knowledge of Web/Application Servers: In-depth knowledge of servers such as IIS,

WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache.

 Development/Configuration:



Hands-on experience in the development or configuration of standard/custom IAM integrations using Java, .Net, or other major scripting languages.

 IAM Integrations: Proven ability to handle development, sizing, and custom IAM integrations.

 Documentation and Presentation Skills: Advanced skills in creating comprehensive documentation and delivering presentations.

 SDLC Expertise: Solid understanding of software development life cycle processes.

 POC Execution: Capability to independently drive proofs of concept involving emerging IAM technologies.

 Process Frameworks: Exposure to various process frameworks and methodologies.

 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

 Understanding of protocols and technologies such as OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP, and network protocols (e.g., SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS).
