Job Summary

We are looking for a Safety Steward to support day-to-day safety operations at an automobile manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for monitoring shop-floor safety practices, identifying unsafe conditions, ensuring PPE compliance, and supporting the implementation of HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor shop-floor safety and ensure employees follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE such as safety shoes, helmets, gloves, goggles, and other required protective equipment.
- Conduct regular safety rounds and inspections across production, warehouse, utility, and other operational areas.
- Identify and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards, and near-miss incidents.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, housekeeping, machine safety, and workplace safety standards.
