A safety Engineer/officers protects workers by enforcing health and safety rules, checking for workplace hazards, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Inspect Workplaces: Perform routine site checks to find unsafe conditions, broken tools, or risky practices.
- Manage Risks: Conduct risk assessments and create plans to stop accidents before they happen.
- Ensure Compliance: Keep the company aligned with local and national safety laws.
- Train Staff: Lead safety workshops, run emergency drills, and teach proper equipment use.
- Investigate Incidents: Review accidents or near-misses, find root causes, and write incident reports.
- Handle Emergency Plans: Build explicit evacuation, fire safety, and first aid procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering & Diploma in Safety Course.
- Certifications:



Valid safety competency certificates or professional credentials like NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Experience: Generally, 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a safety role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and writing skills to explain rules and lead training.
- Technical Skills: Ability to write clear reports and use basic office or digital inspection software.
