Position

Summary The Manager Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) is responsible for leading the safety function across Telecom & OFC projects, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements and company HSE standards while promoting a zero-incident safety culture.

3. Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures and safety management systems.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company safety policies, statutory requirements and client-specific safety standards.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, toolbox talks, emergency drills and safety awareness training programs.
- Monitor mandatory PPE usage and enforce secure work practices across all project locations.
- Identify workplace hazards, perform risk assessments, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and investigate incidents.
- Ensure statutory safety compliance at all work locations and maintain required licenses, permits and safety records.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities during safety audits and inspections.
- Prepare HSE reports, incident statistics, safety dashboards and monthly management reviews.




- Guide project teams in achieving zero lost-time incidents and continuous safety improvement.

4. HSE Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, training registers and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour, electrical and construction safety regulations.
- Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance.

6. Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Safety with a recognized Industrial Safety qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in Telecom, OFC, EPC or Infrastructure projects.
