Rationale for Recruitment The dedicated EHS resource at these locations are required to:

- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and close legal compliance gaps within defined timelines.
- Identify hazards and ensure effective implementation of HIRA/JSA and risk-control measures.
- Strengthen permit-to-work, LOTO, lifting, fire safety, electrical safety, machine safety and contractor safety systems.
- Conduct regular inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Ensure effective incident/near-miss reporting, investigation and CAPA implementation.
- Drive emergency preparedness, mock drills and fire & life safety compliance.
- Conduct EHS induction, toolbox talks and competency-based safety training.
- Strengthen contractor and visitor safety management.




- Monitor environmental compliance and required statutory records/returns.
- Promote and sustain the company's Zero Harm culture.
