- Ensure the constant efficiency of the installation and the quality of predictive controls
- Build and manage a risk grid by area of activity, the conclusions of which are understood by the partner,
allowing action plans to be prioritized according to the seriousness/occurrences observed.
- Monitor mechanical and IT incidents by activating the resources necessary for their resolution and proposing
corrective solutions. Initiate and lead committees to challenge the decisions to be made.
- Respect the budget for the cost of maintenance/station, and optimize this ratio (avoid over-maintenance).
- Analyze energy consumption, define action plans to optimize them
- Create tools to measure user satisfaction rates
Synchronize machines and processes to contribute to the optimal functioning of the organization ★
- Collaborate with the various players in the ecosystem to continuously improve the performance of the mechanized installation according to the operational needs reported

- Plan and implement all maintenance and reactivation tests after an anomaly

- Establish, communicate and repeat with the service provider a DRP which integrates the recovery and business continuity plan in the event of an in office crisis
