Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, procedures and safety standards at plant and project sites.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments and safety audits and ensure timely closure of identified observations.
- Ensure compliance with PPE requirements, work-at-height, lifting & rigging, scaffolding, hot work, electrical and other safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and regular safety training for employees, workers, contractors and site teams.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near-miss cases, prepare reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor housekeeping, fire safety, emergency preparedness and safe working practices across plant and project locations.
- Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, incident reports, training records and other HSE documentation.
- Coordinate with project, production, maintenance and subcontractor teams to ensure implementation of safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory safety requirements, company policies and client safety standards.
- Prepare and submit periodic HSE reports, safety performance reports and compliance reports to management.




- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and take immediate corrective action to minimize workplace risks.
- Coordinate emergency drills, fire drills and other safety awareness programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Safety, Mechanical, Civil or relevant engineering discipline.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in PEB, structural steel, manufacturing, construction or project-site safety.
- Strong knowledge of industrial and construction safety practices.
- Knowledge of work-at-height, lifting operations, scaffolding, welding/hot work, electrical safety and PPE compliance.
- Positive communication, reporting and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle safety activities at plant and project sites.
- IDIS / Industrial Safety certification is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant NEBOSH / IOSH or other recognized safety certifications will be preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
