Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at construction sites.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and unsafe work practices.

- Ensure workers follow required safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs for employees and workers.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.

- Conduct risk assessments and assist in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Method Statements.

- Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, scaffolding, excavation, lifting operations, hot work, and electrical work.

- Ensure proper barricading, signage, access control, and housekeeping at project sites.

- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences and prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.





- Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety, first-aid arrangements, and emergency drills.

- Ensure safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, safety harnesses, helmets, safety shoes, and other PPE are available and properly maintained.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers regarding safety matters.

- Monitor subcontractors and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.

- Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, training records, permits, and other HSE documentation.

- Ensure compliance with applicable construction safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company HSE standards.

- Immediately report responsible safety violations and recommend corrective actions.
