Role Overview:

SPA ENTERPRISE is looking for experienced Site Tracker Techno Functional Consultants with 7 years of experience to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, integration and production support of Site Tracker solutions. The role requires a solid combination of functional understanding and hands-on technical capability, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, development teams and UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as a techno-functional SME for Site Tracker, understanding business processes and translating requirements into system solutions.
- Configure, customize and enhance Site Tracker modules, workflows, forms, business rules and system parameters based on business requirements.
- Gather and analyze functional requirements, prepare solution designs and provide technical-functional recommendations.
- Develop or support integrations between Site Tracker and third-party/internal applications using APIs, web services and other integration mechanisms.
- Work with SQL/database queries for data validation, investigation, reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis and provide timely fixes or workarounds.
- Support data migration, data validation, system testing, UAT and deployment activities.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation including requirements, configuration documents, test scenarios and support procedures.
- Collaborate with UK stakeholders, project managers, developers and support teams throughout the application lifecycle.
- Participate in release planning, change management, regression testing and post-release support.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, usability, automation and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in Site Tracker.




- Strong techno-functional experience with Site Tracker configuration, customization and support.
- Good understanding of business processes, requirements gathering and functional solution design.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Experience working with APIs, web services, integrations and data interfaces.
- Strong experience in system testing, UAT, defect management and production support.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with UK-based teams or clients.

Good to Have:

- Experience in Site Tracker implementation or major upgrade projects.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, data extracts and automation.
- Exposure to cloud-based application environments and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- ITIL or other relevant service-management knowledge.

- Comfortable operating across both functional and technical discussions.
- Able to independently manage requirements, incidents, enhancements and stakeholder communication.
- Strong documentation, coordination and communication skills.
- Flexible to work in UK business hours and collaborate with distributed/remote teams.

This is a fully remote opportunity with SPA ENTERPRISE. Candidates must be comfortable working aligned to UK business hours and collaborating virtually with UK-based stakeholders and distributed project teams.
