RTR professional to manage accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while leading a team and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
RTR activities, bank reconciliation, cash, and intercompany accounting
.
- Handle fixed assets, project accounting, leases, and revenue accounting
.
- Manage
AP/AR, accruals, expenses, payroll, and statutory accounting
.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and financial reports
.
- Ensure compliance with
GAAP, VAT, and statutory requirements
.
- Lead the team, allocate work, and monitor performance and productivity
.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and quality
.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of
RTR and financial accounting
.
- Experience in month-end close and account reconciliations
.
- Good knowledge of
GAAP and accounting principles
.
- Proficiency in
MS Excel and ERP systems
.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team
.
