Role Description The RTL Design Engineer will work on-site in Bengaluru North in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and implementation of digital logic for PCIe, CXL, UCIe, and related SoC components. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing RTL code in hardware description languages, participating in micro-architecture definition, and collaborating with system and verification teams to refine design specifications.

The role involves integrating PCIe-related IP blocks, performing synthesis-friendly coding, and supporting timing closure and design reviews.



The RTL Design Engineer will also assist in debugging functional and performance issues, document design decisions, and align deliverables with project schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Solid Design Engineering skills for digital logic, RTL development, and micro-architecture implementation.
- Relevant Electrical Engineering knowledge for high-speed interfaces, SoC design, and hardware signal integrity concepts.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and EDA flows used for synthesis, place-and-route, and static timing analysis.
- Understanding of Product Design principles, including requirements analysis, specification interpretation, and design-for-test considerations.
- Experience with hardware description languages (such as Verilog or VHDL) and familiarity with PCIe, CXL, or similar high-speed protocols.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage tasks to meet project timelines.
- Experience with simulation, verification methodologies, and scripting (e.g., Python, Tcl) is beneficial.
