Typically requires B.Sc Computer Science or equivalent with 5-8 Years of relevant work experience.
Cisco Certifications like CCNP,CCIE etc is highly desirable.
REQUIRED SKILLS (SDWAN)
Strong hands On Routing & Switching with Routing Protocols like OSPF, BGP and more
MPLS is added advantage
Implementation and Migration is added advantage but no for L1/L2 Support personnel.
- Deep understanding on Routing/Switching and SDWAN technology, involving design, implementation and troubleshooting Experience.
- Experience on Cisco products (Specifically CAT8K) and various LAN and WAN technologies.
- Provide technical support for customers during software and hardware upgrades.
- Provide Planning, Designing, Implementation,
Operation and Optimization assistance to Customers around Cisco’s Enterprise technologies.
- Participate in design/implementation and migration, or problem resolution projects involving various enterprise technologies.
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Positive communication skill, Understands the value of teamwork and ability to capture customer requirements
DESIRED SKILLS (SDWAN)
- Experience on Viptela 100,1K,2K,5K platforms.
- Cisco SDWAN Certification.
- Understanding of basic network security concepts
