RPO Recruiter Non-IT Recruitment & Client Handling

We are looking for an RPO Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in Non-IT end-to-end recruitment and client handling.

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle client requirements, candidate screening & interview coordination.
- Drive recruitment delivery while maintaining quality and TAT.
- Build solid client and candidate relationships.
- Strong communication, sourcing and stakeholder management skills required.
