Hiring: RPA UI Python Engineer

We are looking for a skilled RPA UI Python Engineer for a 6-month Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role! If you specialize in Python-driven automation alongside hands-on RPA/UI automation expertise, we’d love to connect.

Key Role Details

- Role: RPA UI Python Engineer
- Experience: 6+ Years
- Location: Hybrid – Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Noida
- Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (includes 4-hour UK shift overlap)
- Engagement: 6 Months | Contract-to-Hire (C2H) / Subcontract
- Rate: Up to ₹1.4 LPM
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Core Responsibilities & Technical Skills

- Python Development (70–80% of Role): Strong hands-on Python development, scripting, and modular code architecture.
- RPA & UI Automation (20–30% of Role): Practical experience designing, building, and scaling UI/RPA automation workflows.
- Optimization & Debugging: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex automation workflows.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction during UK overlap hours.
