We are looking for an RPO Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in Non-IT end-to-end recruitment and client handling .

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding .
- Handle client requirements, candidate screening & interview coordination .
- Drive recruitment delivery while maintaining quality and TAT .
- Build strong client and candidate relationships .
- Robust communication, sourcing and stakeholder management skills required.
