Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with robust hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360/AA v11) and SAP-based automation to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, or other back-office functions, enabling them to understand business context and build automations that align with functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360 / v11) based on business requirements.
- Build automations that interact with SAP GUI (SAP Scripting/SAP Automation), SAP transactions, and SAP-integrated systems using AA's SAP package/commands.
- Analyze existing manual/business processes across Finance & Accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R), Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, or other functions, and translate them into automated workflows (PDDs and SDDs).
- Develop bots using core AA components: Task Bots, IQ Bot, Control Room, and integrate with third-party applications (Excel, SAP, Web, Email, Databases, APIs).
- Automate finance processes such as invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, month-end close activities, and reporting, where applicable.
- Deploy and manage bots in Control Room, including scheduling, credential vault management,



and bot lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 36 years of hands-on RPA development experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically in Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred).
- Hands-on experience automating SAP transactions using AA's SAP integration (SAP GUI scripting, BAPI/RFC calls a plus).
- Working knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, GL, AP/AR) and exposure to at least one other business function (HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service).
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, SDLC, and automation best practices.
- Proficiency in building bots using Task Bots, Reusable actions, Workflow Designer, IQ Bot/Document Automation.
- Experience with Control Room administration bot deployment, scheduling, credential management, and queue management.
- Good knowledge of VBScript, Python, SQL, or programming logic used within AA scripts.
- Experience integrating bots with Excel, Outlook, web applications, databases, and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with error handling, exception frameworks, and logging mechanisms in automation.
- Understanding of API integration (REST/SOAP) within RPA workflows is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret finance/business process documentation and translate functional requirements into technical automation logic.
