Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented candidates to join our Media Production & Coordination Team in India.

We welcome applications from Freshers, Junior-level professionals, and Mid-level professionals with backgrounds in Media Production, Mass Communication, Film, Marketing, Media Coordination, Production Management, or VFX.

The ideal candidate should be organized, a good communicator, willing to learn, and interested in working in a fast-paced media and VFX production environment.

Positions Open1. Fresher / Trainee

Experience: 0–1 year

Suitable for candidates who have recently completed their degree or are starting their career in media, production, marketing, or VFX.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the production and coordination team.
- Maintain production trackers and project information.
- Coordinate with artists and internal teams.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Assist with media files, assets, and project documentation.
- Learn basic VFX and post-production workflows.
- Support day-to-day production activities.

1. Junior Media Production Coordinator

Experience: 1–3 years

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily production activities.
- Track project schedules, tasks, and deadlines.
- Coordinate between Producers, Managers, Artists, and Creative Teams.
- Maintain production reports and trackers.
- Follow up on project progress and deliveries.




- Assist with client communication and feedback.
- Support media asset management and delivery.
- Coordinate basic VFX/post-production requirements.

1. Mid-Level Media Production Coordinator

Experience: 3–5+ years

Responsibilities:

- Manage production coordination for multiple projects.
- Coordinate with Producers, Artists, Managers, and Clients.
- Monitor schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
- Identify production issues and coordinate solutions.
- Prepare production reports and management updates.
- Support client communication and project requirements.
- Coordinate VFX and post-production workflows.
- Help improve production processes and team efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members.

Required Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Media, Mass Communication, Film, Marketing, Production, VFX, or related fields.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and deadlines.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge.
- Interest in Media, VFX, Film, Advertising, or Digital Content.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and workflows.





VFX / Post-Production Knowledge Basic knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:
- Nuke
- Adobe Photoshop
- DaVinci Resolve
- Roto
- Paint / Prep
- Compositing
- Retouching
- Conforming
- Media Management

VFX knowledge is not mandatory for freshers. Training will be provided for suitable candidates. Who Can Apply?
