1. Maintain accurate records of site inspections, maintenance activities, material usage, and progress reports.
2. Lead and manage all civil maintenance activities along the assigned ROU/ROW stretch, including erosion control, cross-drainage works, fencing, cathodic protection pits, and marker maintenance.
3. Conduct regular patrolling and inspection of the ROU to identify civil defects, encroachments, or damage, and initiate timely corrective action
4. Maintain accurate records of site inspections, maintenance activities, material usage, and progress reports.
5. Prepare and monitor budgets for civil maintenance works and ensure cost-effective execution.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil maintenance, preferably in pipeline, oil & gas, or infrastructure ROW/ROU environments.
- Prior experience in cross-country pipeline or right-of-way civil maintenance strongly preferred.
- Sound knowledge of civil construction practices, erosion control measures, and maintenance planning.
- Experience managing site teams and coordinating with contractors.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and safety compliance in civil works.
