Position Overview The Platform Solutions Group at Sutherland is seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in gathering business and technical requirements, analyzing processes, supporting software implementations, and delivering high-quality automation solutions across enterprise client environments. This role focuses on driving innovation across Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Automation (IA), and Agentic AI technologies.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, customer interaction experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with clients, technical development teams, and leadership stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, continuous bot management, and breakthrough customer outcomes. - Hybrid Schedule: 2 Days Onsite (Monday & Tuesday) | 3 Days Work From Home (Wednesday through Friday)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Requirements Elicitation & SDLC Documentation: Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements across customer automation projects.



Create and maintain high-quality SDLC artifacts including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Process Definition Documents (PDD).
- Process Mapping & Functional Design: Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define end-to-end business processes, application workflows, integrations, metrics, and data mapping requirements for RPA, IA, and AI implementations.
- Development Transition & Support: Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams. Provide continuous functional support during engineering sprints to ensure solution alignment.
- UAT, Testing & Deployment: Develop use cases, test scenarios, test plans, and test datasets. Partner with customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), hypercare, deployment, and go-live stabilization.
- Live Project Operations & Client Governance: Support live production automations, manage bot performance, handle client communication, lead sprint demos, and facilitate periodic stakeholder review meetings.
- Dashboards & Performance Analytics: Utilize advanced features in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and database reporting tools to analyze bot performance data, track SLAs, and deliver executive dashboards.
- Executive Presentation & Communication: Craft structured, impact-driven presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint to communicate business processes, system capabilities, and solution functionality to executive stakeholders.
- AI Innovation & Proof-of-Concepts (POCs): Apply well-versed knowledge of Generative AI concepts and modern AI platforms (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT) to contribute to Proof-of-Concepts,



build prototype solutions, and present live demos to prospective clients.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

- SDLC & Implementation Experience: Strong experience working as part of project teams supporting full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) implementations, business analysis, or enterprise delivery functions.
- Automation Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience gathering requirements and documenting processes for enterprise automation platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar Intelligent Automation technologies.
- AI Concepts & Tool Proficiency: Well-versed with modern AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI productivity tools such as Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI ChatGPT. Proven ability to build POCs and deliver compelling demos.
- Documentation & Requirements Mastery: Proven track record in capturing functional and technical requirements and authoring comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
- Testing & Live Project Support: Experience supporting UAT, go-live activities, hypercare, live production project maintenance, and ongoing client operational reviews.
- Advanced MS Excel & Analytics: Expertise in handling advanced features in Microsoft Excel (formulas, dynamic data analysis, dashboards, pivot tables) and database/SQL analysis for reporting bot metrics.
- MS PowerPoint & Presentation Skills: Advanced proficiency in creating executive-ready presentation decks using Microsoft PowerPoint for stakeholder meetings, sprint demos, and presales alignments.
- Communication & Client Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management capabilities across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple project priorities, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments.
