Job Summary The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and assigned areas. The role ensures a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests while adhering to the hotel's housekeeping standards and procedures.

Core Responsibilities

- Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas as per hotel standards.
- Room Preparation: Ensure rooms are properly arranged, stocked, and prepared for check-in and guest occupancy.
- Housekeeping Standards: Follow established cleaning, hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Guest Service: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously and coordinate with the Housekeeping team to address guest requirements.
- Linen & Amenities: Maintain adequate supplies of linen, towels, toiletries, and other room amenities and report shortages when required.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the concerned department or supervisor.
- Coordination:



Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors, Front Office, Laundry, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth room operations.
- Inventory & Equipment: Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials responsibly and maintain proper usage and storage.
- Room Status: Update and communicate room status accurately to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Front Office team.
- Other Duties: Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager.

Key Requirements
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) qualification preferred.
- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Room Attendant/Housekeeping Attendant, preferably in a hotel or hospitality workplace.
- Technical Know-how: Good knowledge of room cleaning procedures, housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, linen handling, and hotel hygiene standards.
- Guest Service: Good communication, courteous behaviour, and a guest-oriented approach.
- Skills: Attention to detail, cleanliness, discipline, teamwork, time management, and ability to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹8,959.65 - ₹17,938.64 per month
