Role Description The Robotics with Physical AI Trainer role is a part-time remote position responsible for delivering engaging, practice-oriented instruction in robotics and physical AI applications. In this role, the trainer designs and delivers online lessons, workshops, and project-based activities that help learners understand robotics hardware, sensors, actuators, and AI-driven control systems. The trainer supports learners by clarifying complex concepts, reviewing assignments, offering constructive feedback, and guiding them through building and testing physical AI projects.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing instructional materials, updating curricula to reflect current best practices, collaborating with other trainers to maintain program quality,



and using digital tools and platforms to track learner progress and engagement.

Qualifications

- Health and wellness knowledge, including Nutrition and an understanding of how physical well-being supports effective learning and performance.
- Experience in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to design safe, movement-based activities that complement physical robotics work.
- Ability to structure and lead Circuit Training sessions, integrating physical exercises that build stamina and dexterity for hands-on robotics tasks.
- Sports Coaching skills to motivate learners, develop discipline, and foster teamwork and perseverance in project-based robotics work.
- Background or strong interest in robotics, mechatronics, or physical computing, with familiarity in sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers.
- Understanding of core AI and machine learning concepts and their application to robotics, such as perception, control, and decision-making.
- Effective online teaching skills, including clear communication, lesson planning, and the ability to adapt explanations to different learning styles.
- Comfort using remote collaboration and learning platforms, with robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., engineering, computer science, education, sports science, or related fields) or equivalent practical experience.
