? We’re Hiring | Application Engineer – Robotics Trainer

Simusoft Technology is an R&D-driven; educational technology company working in Robotics, IoT, AI, and emerging technologies. We design and set up technology labs in schools, colleges, and universities, while developing educational projects, simulations, and practical learning experiences.

We are looking for an Application Engineer – Robotics Trainer who is technically robust, enjoys working on practical projects, and can confidently communicate with students and large audiences.

? Key Responsibilities

Conduct theory lectures and practical sessions for students from higher secondary to college level.

Conduct faculty training sessions on robotics, electronics, IoT, AI, and related technologies.

Work on educational R&D; projects and develop practical demonstrations.

Work with 4-axis and 6-axis robotic arms, including programming, simulation-based control, and application development.

Develop and demonstrate robotics and automation projects for educational applications.

Design and develop CAD models and 3D-printed components for projects.

Support and conduct drone training and practical sessions.

Guide students in developing their own technical projects.

? Required Technical Skills

- Python

Strong understanding of Python.

Good knowledge of classes and object-oriented programming.

Ability to write structured programs using classes.

- Electronics & Embedded Systems Familiarity with:

Arduino

ESP32/ESP-based systems

Raspberry Pi

GPIO and PWM

Digital and analog signals

Clock signals

Basic sensors such as ultrasonic sensors

LEDs, breadboards, and basic circuit connections

- Robotics Basic understanding of:

Degrees of Freedom (DOF)

Robot base and end-effector

Robotic tools and attachments

Robot-computer communication

Basic operation and programming concepts of robotic arms

- CAD & 3D Printing





Ability to create CAD models.

Ability to convert CAD designs into functional educational prototypes.

Familiarity with 3D printing and basic printer operation.

Interest in continuously developing and prototyping new models.

- Drone

Basic ability to operate/fly a drone.

Willingness to conduct practical drone training.

?️ Communication Skills — Important The candidate should be confident speaking in front of large groups and should be able to explain technical concepts clearly to students ranging from higher secondary to college level.

Good communication, classroom management, and the ability to make technical concepts easy to understand are important for this role.

? Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

? Salary

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on the candidate's skills and technical proficiency.
