Hiring: Robotics Trainer

HowNWhy Education is expanding, and we are looking for Robotics Trainers to join our team in Palakkad and Thrissur.

Robotics Trainer

Locations

- Palakkad, Kerala
- Thrissur, Kerala

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct hands-on Robotics and STEM training sessions for students.
- Guide students in building robotics and electronics projects.
- Design, develop, and demonstrate working prototypes.
- Work with Arduino, ESP32, sensors, motors, actuators, and other electronic components.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during project development.
- Mentor students from project ideation to final prototype.
- Conduct practical, project-based learning sessions in schools and educational institutions.
- Support robotics workshops, competitions, exhibitions, and innovation programs.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Robotics and Electronics.
- Experience in building and troubleshooting robotics projects.
- Knowledge of Arduino, ESP32,



sensors, motors, and basic embedded systems.
- Basic programming knowledge in C/C++ or Python.
- Good problem-solving and project-building skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.

Preferred
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Robotics or STEM Trainer.
- Strong project portfolio and practical experience.
- Experience working with school students is an added advantage.
