Springdays is setting up a STEM Lab for Robotics, Tinkering, Design and AI coding as Co Scholastic activity for Students. Looking for a very passionate teacher who loves hands on tinkering with Electrical, Electronics and Coding to teach the children and run the STEM Lab.

Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate and experienced educators to join our team as STEM Trainer and head of STEM Labs. The ideal candidate should have strong classroom management skills, prior teaching experience, and expertise in STEM technologies including coding, robotics, and electronics. As a STEM Trainer, you will conduct interactive STEM sessions for school students, mentor junior trainers, and contribute to curriculum execution and innovation initiatives.

This is a dynamic role involving school sessions, workshops, events.

Highlights





Conduct engaging STEM sessions for students from Grades 6–10.

Teach Coding, Robotics, and Electronics through hands-on learning.

Create and maintain technical and official documentation.

Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement.

Guide students in projects, competitions, and innovation challenges.

Conduct STEM workshops, demonstrations, and special events.

Coordinate with school teachers and administrators.

Mentor and support Junior STEM Trainers.

Develop creative educational resources for students.

Run the STEM LABS Infrastructure

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. Upto 5 years of relevant teaching and management experience.
- Prior teaching experience in STEM-related subjects is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage students through activity-based learning methods.
- Willingness to travel extensively for school programs and workshops.
