About the Role-

We are looking for a Robotics Technician / Engineer who can handle the installation, assembly, testing, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with machinery, equipment and mechanical/robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Install, assemble and commission robotic and industrial equipment as per drawings and specifications.
- Perform testing, dry runs and commissioning of machines and systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment and identify mechanical, electrical or operational issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing and overhauling of machinery.
- Inspect moving and functional components to ensure proper operation and accuracy.
- Monitor machine/equipment parameters and ensure they remain within required operating limits.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment for assembly, maintenance and installation activities.
- Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions and assembly procedures.
- Support manufacturing activities and operate relevant machinery/tools when required.
- Select and calibrate tools required for production, assembly and maintenance work.
- Prepare components for surface treatment, finishing, blasting,



priming and painting operations.
- Set up equipment/machines used for blasting, priming and surface protection.
- Maintain proper maintenance, service, overhaul and testing reports.
- Identify job requirements based on manufacturing and equipment requirements.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills:-

- Hands-on experience in Robotics / Industrial Automation / Machinery / Equipment Maintenance.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in installation, assembly, testing and commissioning.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical instructions.
- Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
- Experience with maintenance tools and industrial machinery.
- Good understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a technical team.

Preferred Experience:- Candidates with experience in marine equipment, shipbuilding, industrial machinery, robotics, automation or heavy engineering equipment will be preferred.

Education:-

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, Automation or a related engineering discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
